BP Oil spill lawsuits

The oil spill caused by the sinking of the Deepwater Horizon is spewing hundreds of thousands of gallons of oil into the Gulf of Mexico everyday. Some experts estimate that every 3 to 4 days the well leaks the entire amount of the Exxon Valdez disaster.

Sadly, it now appears that a large amount of this toxic sludge has made its way to the gulf loop current and is rapidly traveling towards Florida. The impact on the entire gulf region, and even up the Atlantic coast, is likely to be generational.

Grossman Roth, with its extensive experience representing victims of environmental catastrophes, is currently representing a large number of those victimized by the BP oil spill, including property owners, commercial seafood wholesalers, charter boat captains, fishing guides, and other businesses across Florida and the gulf coast.
