Most Effective Lawyer 2011
On December 9, 2011, the Daily Business Review named Grossman Roth lawyers Stuart Grossman and Gary Cohen as finalists for the Most Effective Lawyer 2011 in the area of medical malpractice, recognized David Buckner as a finalist in the area of class actions, and awarded Robert Gilbert the Most Effective Lawyer 2011 title in the area of class actions.
The Perry Nichols Award
During its 2003 Fall Convention, the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers gave its highest honor, The Perry Nichols Award, to Neal Roth, the co-founder of Grossman Roth. The award is given to those individuals who have dedicated their lives to the protection of the civil justice system. As the 26th recipient of the award, Neal joins a distinguished group of educators, statesmen, judges, journalists and other Floridians who received this honor for their leadership and commitment to the preservation of individual rights.
