Stuart Grossman Featured in Daily Business Review for Chevy Lawsuit

Stuart Grossman Featured on Front Page of the Daily Business Review

Stuart Grossman was featured on the front page of the Daily Business Review for his class-action lawsuit against General Motors. He, along with attorneys of Seattle-based Hagens Berman, have filed the class-action in Miami for General Motors’ Corvette Z06. The car is marketed as ready-for-race, yet when the car attempts to enter racing speeds, many plaintiffs stated that it frequently overheated, causing it to go in to ‘limp mode’ and reducing the car’s performance dramatically.

“They put a premium on the size to keep it aerodynamic and small and sleek, when the area in which the engine is housed is inadequate to give it proper ventilation,” said plaintiffs’ lawyer Stuart Grossman of Grossman Roth Yaffa Cohen in Coral Gables. “It’s terribly uncomplicated.”

Grossman Roth Yaffa Cohen and the class-action attorneys at Hagens Berman have a similar case against Ford’s Shelby Mustang.
