Previously a defense attorney representing major insurance companies in personal injury, products liability and malpractice appeals, Mrs. Greenberg adds keen adversarial insight to the firm’s trial preparation. With her extensive experience and success in state and federal appellate courts, including the Florida Supreme Court, Mrs. Greenberg brings both a depth of knowledge and the unique perspective of having devised “across-the-aisle” strategies of the kind that Grossman Roth attorneys must confront in court.
A person of eclectic interests and talents, along with her many accomplishments in the legal field, Mrs. Greenberg is an expert in computer research. She is the in-house specialist alerting the firm to the latest state and federal court decisions and rulings.
