Gary Cohen to be Honored as Lawyer of the Year by the American Board of Trial Advocates

The American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) Fort Lauderdale Chapter is proud to honor Gary Cohen as Lawyer of the Year, recognizing his exceptional skill, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to the highest standards of trial advocacy.

Gary will be formally recognized during the 2026 Installation and Awards Ceremony on Thursday, January 15, 2026, where new officers will also be inducted. 

ABOTA is dedicated to the preservation of the civil jury trial — Justice by the People. The organization seeks to advance excellence in trial advocacy by promoting skill, civility, and integrity, while mentoring and inspiring younger attorneys to achieve the highest levels of the profession.
