GRYC Welcomes Two New Hires

Jonathan M. Pavsner joins as Partner, and Allen M. “Mike” Johnson, MSN, RN, as a Medical Investigator.

Jonathan brings more than 30 years of experience in medical malpractice, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death litigation. He has secured hundreds of millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements and is widely recognized for his ability to navigate complex medical and legal issues in high-stakes cases. A respected leader in Florida’s legal community, he has also earned national recognition through The Best Lawyers in America® and is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, numerous federal courts, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Mike is a healthcare executive, medical investigator, legal nurse consultant, and nursing educator with nearly 30 years of experience leading healthcare operations, quality and patient safety initiatives, regulatory compliance efforts, and organizational transformation projects. His extensive executive and clinical background provides valuable insight into evaluating healthcare systems, identifying deviations from standards of care, and analyzing complex medical negligence claims. In addition to serving as an adjunct professor of nursing, Mike supports attorneys in high-stakes medical malpractice and catastrophic injury litigation through his expertise in healthcare operations, patient safety, and medical record analysis.
