Rachel Wagner Furst is a skillful lawyer concentrating in personal injury, commercial litigation, and trial support and appellate practice matters. Her experience includes representation of plaintiffs in actions involving professional malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, fraudulent consumer practices, products liability, and securities fraud. Additionally, she has participated in the litigation of multi-million dollar accounting malpractice actions, representation of funds in the recovery of off-shore investments, a multi-district pharmaceutical products liability class action and representation of clients in Securities & Exchange Commission investigations.
Furst graduated Magna Cum Laude from Princeton University with a Bachelor of Arts; thereafter, she received her Juris Doctorate at the University of Florida, also graduating Magna Cum Laude.
