Grossman Roth Yaffa Cohen, a team of leading personal injury and medical malpractice attorneys in Florida, announced that partner Stuart Z. Grossman was named South Florida’s “Top Personal Injury Attorney” at the Dade County Bar Association’s Legal Luminaries gala.
The Bar Association’s second annual awards ceremony was a sold-out affair held at the Rusty Pelican in Key Biscayne on July 26. The winning attorneys and firms were nominated and selected by their peers across 33 practice categories.
In addition to his personal injury expertise, Grossman is consistently recognized as one of the nation’s leading trial lawyers in the medical malpractice (he was just named Miami’s 2018 “Lawyer of the Year” in that field by Best Lawyers in America©), products liability, police misconduct, aviation and wrongful death practices due to the unprecedented number of favorable verdicts he has secured throughout his career.
Shortly before receiving the Dade County Bar Association’s honors, Grossman was once again included in Florida Trend’s “Legal Elite” list. His recent, notable recognitions also include being named the American Board of Trial Advocates’ “Florida Trial Lawyer of the Year” and receipt of the Florida Justice Association’s highest honor, the Perry Nichols Award.
