Firm co-founder Stuart Grossman was on the front page of the Daily Business Review for a new, high-profile auto case.
The Ford class-action lawsuit was filed in Miami but represents plaintiffs nationwide. The formal complaint claims the 2016 Shelby GT350 Mustang can dangerously overheat at high speeds — a big problem for a car designed for racing. Stuart Grossman is working closely with well-known Seattle plaintiff’s lawyer Steve Berman on the case.
