Grossman Roth Yaffa Cohen’s Stuart Grossman was recently featured in Telemundo for the FIU Bridge Collapse case. Stuart is representing now 20-year-old Richie Humble, a survivor of the collapse, against all who played a part in creating and constructing the bridge.
Humble, 19, was riding in the passenger’s seat of Alexa Duran’s SUV when the bridge unexpectedly collapsed on top of the vehicle on March 15, 2018. His friend Alexa, 18, who was driving during the time of the collapse, did not survive the tragedy.
On March 1, Magnum Construction Management, one of the primary defendants in the case, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on March 1, 2019. The Telemundo story features Stuart discussing the company’s filing and what it means for the case. Check out the full story here.
