GRYC Donates $25,000 to Feeding South Florida and Meals, Equipment to Local First Responders

Amid the global COVID-19 pandemic, the attorneys from the law firm Grossman Roth Yaffa Cohen (GRYC) have been actively contributing to the local South Florida community, specifically in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.

This week, the firm contributed $25,000 to Feeding South Florida, a local nonprofit food bank helping those in the tri-county area. With each dollar resulting in 7 meals, GRYC’s donation is expected to generate an estimated 175,000 meals.

GRYC has also donated meals to over 30 fire stations, police departments and ER departments throughout the region, and 2,000 face masks have been given to Baptist Health and Cleveland Clinic Florida hospitals for their frontline workers. Many of the food donations also directly support local restaurants.

These efforts began on March 29 and have continued into April. The overall efforts are intended to thank local first responders for their service and support those in need during this unprecedented time.

Grossman Roth Yaffa Cohen is grateful for our first responders and frontline workers, who are working around the clock to keep our community healthy and safe. Check out photos below from some donations over the past weeks.
