Attorney Stuart Grossman Receives 2021 AJC Judge Learned Hand Award

We at Grossman Roth Yaffa Cohen are very proud to announce that AJC Miami and Broward honored Attorney Stuart Z. Grossman with the 2021 AJC Judge Learned Hand Award at a virtual event May 11, 2021. A proud supporter of this organization, Attorney Grossman has also raised over half a million dollars for its benefit.

The 2021 AJC Judge Learned Hand Award recognizes Attorney Grossman’s “lifetime achievement and dedication to individual rights and democratic values,” per the Miami Herald. This recognition is considered the organization’s highest award for the legal profession.

“We are honored to recognize Stuart’s contributions to the profession, as well as his outstanding leadership in the Jewish and general community,” said Brian Siegal, director of AJC’s Miami and Broward Regional Office, in a press release. “Like Stuart Grossman, we at AJC, reimagine what’s possible – by working with key allies to ensure that our society remains pluralistic and democratic, and by inspiring people of all backgrounds to stand as one against antisemitism and all forms of bigotry. We are proud to have Stuart join an illustrious roster of legal luminaries who have received this award and who are helping make our world a better place.”

Attorney Grossman is recognized among the nation’s preeminent trial lawyers in his areas of legal practice at Grossman Roth Yaffa Cohen: medical malpractice, aviation, police misconduct, product liability, personal injury, and wrongful death law. His receiving this award further highlights his mastery and in-depth understanding of the law and marks a truly unforgettable milestone in his career.

“I am deeply honored to have received this award and to have been given the opportunity to address the issue of anti-Semitism in these perilous times,” Attorney Grossman stated in a press release. “But I find it gratifying to know that we are moving urgently in the right direction with efforts from the American Jewish Committee and like-minded individuals to mitigate hate.”
