Jill A. Dobrinsky has a rich medical-legal investigative background that is unmatched in the industry. Jill is a licensed professional registered nurse whose areas of specialty practice have included cardiovascular intensive care, trauma, and emergency department services. When she joined the firm in 1997, she brought a decade of investigative experience having evaluated and investigated a vast array of medical malpractice, wrongful death, and complex personal injury cases.
Being a longstanding member of the medical community, Jill has built an outstanding rapport with medical doctors throughout the country. Her experience enables her to identify the experts who are necessary for each particular case and allows her to consult with them concerning all relevant issues.
Jill was afforded the opportunity to participate on a panel during a national conference, which was devoted to Examining Errors in Health Care: Developing a Prevention, Education and Research Agenda. This conference was sponsored, in part, by the American Medical Association and established a National Patient Safety Foundation.
Jill earned her national certification as a legal nurse consultant and is recognized by the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants.
Jill’s recent interest is in Organ Donation and the field of Organ and Tissue Transplant. An advocate for and recipient of organ donation, she is a guest speaker to transplant professionals in hospitals including Jackson Memorial Hospital, University of Miami, and Miami Transplant Institute.
