Bio

Ralph Gracia brings over 31 years of professional law enforcement experience to his role as Legal Investigator at Grossman Roth, PA. His tenure in law enforcement has been broad and varied, starting as a uniform patrol and field-training officer, followed by a time as a homicide detective, a lieutenant at the City of Hialeah Police Department, and eventually as a sergeant for the City of Doral Police Department.

A highlight of his career was during his time as a homicide detective, where he was a lead on a joint task force with Miami-Dade County Police Homicide Unit. Ralph played a major role in investigating and ultimately arresting one of the most notorious serial killers in Miami-Dade County History, who was later charged and convicted in nine murders.

Other expertise he brings to the table includes background/criminal investigations, evidence collection & protection, strategic planning, and critical incident management, to name a few.

At Grossman Roth, Ralph continues his commitment to the pursuit of truth by executing fact-finding and forensic procedures critical to the success of the legal team. His main areas of focus will include personal injury investigations, traffic fatalities, and wrongful death investigations.
