We started our firm in October 1988 with a singular purpose – to fight for our clients in courtrooms across Florida and around the country. And we have done just that, year after year, with compelling results. As we enter our twenty fifth year, we enjoy a hard-earned reputation for powerful trial advocacy, fierce integrity and an unwavering commitment to justice.

We opened our first office in Miami, Florida. As our practice grew and clients from around the State of Florida sought us out, we opened offices in Boca Raton, Sarasota, Fort Lauderdale and Key West. Today Grossman Roth, P.A., is eleven trial lawyers strong, with a team of investigators, paralegals and support staff that with decades of experience in building cases for trial and presenting them to juries. The firm concentrates its practice in the areas of catastrophic personal injury, products liability, aviation, complex commercial litigation, class actions, professional malpractice and other cases involving significant economic or physical damages.

We believe that a lawyer should be flexible in order to meet the needs of their clients. We also believe that a lawyer should be willing to share in the risks of litigation. For that reason, we prefer contingency fee agreements that align our interests with those of our clients, but we regularly enter into a variety of hybrid fee agreements designed around our clients’ needs. We work with our clients, and we listen to them, to insure that we tailor our representation to meet their expectations. Over nearly three decades, we have honed the skill of delivering exemplary results in the most efficient manner. That is true whether we’re representing plaintiffs in a multi-district class action against the largest law firms and corporations in the nation, defending a small business or individual in a civil or criminal matter, or helping a grievously injured client obtain the funds they need to rebuild their lives.

We are selective about the cases we choose to bring. This has also allowed us to advance precedent-setting cases that improved not only the lives and businesses of our clients, but also those of others as well. Our efforts have not gone unnoticed.
